Our sizing is one size fits most for our exclusive Made in the USA Kaftans. For other clothing measurements please refer to the product page. They are available if measurements are provided by the brand.  We are always happy to help with sizing via email as well via customerservice@teggyfrench.com.

Refunds (policy updated as of March 27, 2023)
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will automatically issue a refund on your original payment method (minus return shipping). By the time it arrives at our facility to the point on refund, it may take a few days for our team to inspect. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund after we do. Please review the below prior to making a purchase to ensure you are aware of our policies.
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return, with the exception of final sale items not eligible for return.  To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused,  and in its original packaging.
Effective March 27, 2023, clothing in the #under100 category are eligible for EXCHANGE only.  Due to the rising cost of shipping and fast sellout turnaround on these items, we no longer offer refunds on them after this date. Exchange shipping is still free, or you can choose to hold a store credit for a later date.
For refunds, an $8 return shipping charge will be deducted from your final refund. 
Exchanges are accommodated within 14 days of receipt, and shipping for exchanges is free to customers.
If you received a gift from our store that doesn't work out, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.  Gifts are given store credit only and the receiver is responsible for shipping back.

Further to above, items marked as final sale are NOT eligible for return.
This includes vintage one of a kind pieces, facemasks, eye masks, headbands, hair clips, seasonal and holiday items,  including clothing and Home Items. #under100 clothing finds, which are defined as our clothing items under $100, are eligible for size exchange (if we have your size available) or store credit ONLY.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
